At CopySeal, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our service.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your email address and account details. We also collect usage data including the number of images processed and API calls made. We do not access or store the content of your images beyond what is necessary for processing.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our service, process transactions, send technical notices, and respond to support requests. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Data Storage & Retention

Images are encrypted at rest (AES-256) on Cloudflare R2. Free tier images are not stored after processing. Creator images are deleted after 24 hours. Enterprise images persist until you delete them. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your data or close your account at any time. For data requests, contact privacy@copyseal.ink.
